IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LICENSING OF NEW CATEGORIES:
SB 37 takes effect on July 1, 2019, which will authorize the Alaska Board of Pharmacy to license out-of-state wholesale drug distributors, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and outsourcing facilities. At this time, there are no applications available to apply for these license categories; however, the board is actively working on drafting regulations to implement these statutes. Please visit the board meeting minutes page to keep apprised of discussions and progress regarding this topic. Additional details will also be forthcoming on this page once new developments become available.
