Question of the Day March 1, 2017 If Congress passes legislation to allow individuals to import drugs from Canada with the hope to avoid what will be the legal recourse, if any, if contaminated or harmful drugs are received in the United States? Will states be tasked with being the watchdog for these imported drugs or will the FDA or will there not be one in the U.S.?
