2017-C ~ Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act and the Insurance Law to transfer the licensing and regulation of pharmacy benefit managers from the Dept. of Insurance to the Board of Pharmacy.

2017-B ~ Amends the Controlled Substances Law to add third party logistics (3PL) companies as an entity required to obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license in order to handle controlled substances in Louisiana, and sets the annual license fee.
