Don't Toss Meningitis MDL Cases On Technicality, Judge Told
The plaintiffs' steering committee in multidistrict litigation over the 2012 fatal meningitis outbreak linked to a Massachusetts compounding pharmacy on Friday told a federal court that an effort to toss 15 cases based on a technicality should be rejected.
