Judge Narrows Case Against Doc In Fatal Meningitis Outbreak

A federal judge in Boston has thrown out state-based product liability claims against a Tennessee surgery center and a doctor who allegedly injected patients with tainted steroids amid the fatal 2012 meningitis outbreak linked to the New England Compounding Center.
