Brother’s Firm May Cause Judge DQ In Supplement MDL

The Illinois federal judge who recently picked up multidistrict litigation alleging Wal-Mart and other major retailers misled consumers about the content of store-brand herbal supplements may not be on the case for long after he informed the parties Thursday that his brother is a partner at one of the law firms leading the case.
