FTC, Hair Supplement Co. Duel For Quick Wins In False Ad Suit

The Federal Trade Commission on Friday pressed a Wyoming federal judge for immediate judgment in its false advertising suit against the maker of a supplement that allegedly combats gray hair, while the supplement maker, fighting for its own quick win, contended its scientific evidence backing the claim is sufficient.
