Major Items on Agenda:

  1. Approve minutes from the March 8-9, 2016 board meetings
  2. Contested Cases
  3. Received reports and/or request from the Office of General Counsel
    1. Complaint Summary
    2. Consent Orders
  4. Review and approve request waivers
    1. Reinstatements
    2. Pharmacist in charge at two locations
    3. Pharmacy square footage and/or hot and cold running water/refrigeration
    4. Compounding waivers
  5. Review, approve/deny and ratify new licensure files
  6. Receive reports and/or requests from the Director
  7. Discuss legislation and take action if needed.

This memo shall be forwarded from individual programs to the Public Information Office on the 15th day of the preceding month.  The Public Information Office will prepare the monthly list of meetings within the department and have ready for distribution to state media by the 28th day of the preceding month.
