Oklahoma Senate Bill 1150 was signed into law on May 10, 2016

A few of the things the bill does is:
--prohibits sale or wholesale of dangerous drugs, medicines, medical gases, chemical or poisons without first obtaining license;
--prohibits any person, firm or business establishment from offering to public their services as "pick-up station" or intermediary whether for profit or gratuitously;
--prohibits pharmacy owner or drug store from authorizing any person, firm or business establishment to act for them in that manner with certain exceptions.
--changes references to term "maximum allowable cost rates" to "reimbursement amounts."
