Franck’s Compounded Drug MDL Closed Following Settlement

NEW ORLEANS — The Louisiana federal judge overseeing the Franck’s compounded drug multidistrict litigation on April 21 dismissed all 36 cases, noting that 120 days have passed since the court finalized a $6.38 million settlement (In Re: Franck’s Lab, Inc., Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2454, E.D. La.).
