FedEx Can't Dodge Prescription Drug Shipping Indictment By Y. Peter Kang

Law360, Los Angeles (April 19, 2016, 6:07 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday declined to dismiss an indictment against FedEx Corp. over the shipping company’s role in helping online pharmacies ship prescription drugs, saying that the government didn’t make errors in grand jury instructions that warranted a dismissal.
