GlobalHealth w016 Preferred Formulary specifically excludes a number of topical compounds

"Compounded Medications Not Covered The following compounded preparations are examples of preparations that the GlobalHealth Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee considers to be experimental and/or investigational because there is inadequate evidence in the peer-reviewed published medical literature of their effectiveness.
