Second Question of the Day February 1, 2016 Who will be the first person or group of people to try to "proffer" and cut a deal with the U.S. Attorney's office in exchange for testifying in what may be the biggest health care fraud scandal in history? Will joint defense agreement be used by the potential defendants? If so, who all will become a party to the agreement and more importantly who won't sign such an agreement? How important will DOJ's new position on the Park's doctrine and individual accountability be in these cases?
