U.S. Attorney A. Lee Bentley III told Law360 in July that the Middle District of Florida is poised to recover $300 million this year and next year through FCA settlements as his office targets perpetrators of health care fraud. Retail pharmacies and compounding pharmacies in particular are getting hard looks, he said.
