Question of the Day December 4, 2015 Is it legal malpractice for a law firm or attorney to fail to negotiate/resolve all possible civil and criminal actions when a pharmacy ships drugs into a state that it was not licensed to do so? Why or why not? Should settlements/resolutions involve all possible entities--not just state boards of pharmacy-with possible enforcement powers? Why or why not?
