PELOSI CONVENES DRUG PRICING HEARING WEDNESDAY -- House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi announced that the Democrats’ Steering and Policy Committee will host a hearing Wednesday on “ensuring access and affordability of prescription drugs while spurring innovation.” It’s the latest push by congressional Democrats to spotlight drug prices and will feature testimony from Johns Hopkins’ associate professor Jeremy Greene, Lynn Quincy of Consumers Union and state government officials from Ohio and Connecticut.
