Question of the Day June 9, 2015 Do patient-specific compounds or office use compounds put more money in compounding pharmacies pockets? Will passing Vitter's bill remove the jurisdictional basis for the FDA to have any meaningful authority over compounding pharmacies? Is this what compounding pharmacist ultimately want and have always fought for no interference from the federal government? If this legislation passes what is the impact on the purpose behind the DQSA?
