CVS Says $5 Coupons Don't Count As Kickbacks
CVS Caremark Corp. said Monday the $5 coupon it offers as part of a prescription rewards program is too tiny to violate federal kickback regulations, and urged an Illinois federal judge to dismiss a False Claims Act suit.
