Contempt Sought In $150M Chinese Vitamin C Antitrust Case
A group of U.S. businesses urged a New York federal judge to sanction two Chinese companies, saying each has refused to turn over financial documents after being hit with a verdict that topped $150 million in a vitamin C price-fixing suit.
