During initial appearances yesterday, defendants Gene Svirskiy, Scott Connolly, Sharon Carter, Christopher Leary, Joseph M. Evanosky Alla Stepanets, Carla Conigliaro, and Douglas Conigliaro all entered not guilty pleas. The government did not seek detention as to defendants Scott Connolly, Sharon Carter, and Gene Svirskiy
The court entered Unsecured Appearance Bond as to Christopher M. Leary in amount of $20,000.00, Joseph M. Evanosky in amount of $20,000.00, Alla V. Stepanets in amount of $20,000.00.
The court entered a Secured Appearance Bond as to Carla R. Conigliaro in amount of $250,000.00 and Secured Appearance Bond Entered as to Douglas A. Conigliaro in amount of $250,000.00.
