A pharmacy specializing in veterinary pharmaceuticals had its registration revoked by the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), because, in the view of the agency, it was engaged in "manufacturing" and "distributing" controlled substances, rather than "compounding" and "dispensing" them.
