Records of the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy: Anybody see a pattern? If you look at most other states disciplinary records, I think you would see the same pattern. Congress is probably under the mistaken view from most of the compounders that this should be left to the state because 1) the states are handling it--they are NOT! and 2) and that compounders are only doing business within their state borders--they are NOT!! Compounding Pharmacies are very much an Interstate Commerce Issue at this Point making it very much a federal issue.
