Third Question of the Day October 5, 2014 With some compounders suggesting that people at NECC were not making smart decisions in order to put money in their pockets, are they also finally acknowledging that a number of compounding pharmacists are not making smart decisions in order to put money in their pockets? Will those who have made such statements public be called as expert witnesses in the NECC case to support theories of NECC liability such as negligence, lack of due diligence etc.?
