HEALTH… The Department of Health’s Board of Pharmacy will be discussing the implementation of HB 7077. The new law requires any nonresident pharmacy or outsourcing facility to get a permit from the state before shipping certain medications and medical supplies within Florida. The board’s Compounding Rules Committee will be hashing out how to implement the law at a 2 p.m. meeting in Kissimmee.
