Who Do You Believe? The IACP in this Memo Dated October 8, 2003 or the one today?

In this memo L.D. King wrote to the IACP Board of Directors in 2003, he acknowledged that "[t]he risks of pharmacy compounding are well documented."  He then went on to acknowledge there were multiple cases documented of adverse reactions, contamination and DEATHS from compounded medications.  These days--over ten years later--however, IACP tends to claim there are just a few bad actors giving them all a bad name, even after we have had more adverse reactions, contamination and DEATHS.  Integrity, Responsible? Truthful?  Credible? I will leave it to the reader to decide.  It is a very interesting memo to say the least.
