Question of the Day August 12, 2014 After ACHC conducts an inspection for Texas Board of Pharmacy and the pharmacy passes the inspection will the nonresident pharmacy be ACHC accredited? What impact if any on the inspection if the pharmacy is already ACHC accrediated? Since ACHC is an independent, private, not-for-profit corporation but it states it only inspects and does not decide licenses won't it still have liability potential if a pharmacy does not agree with the inspection? Was Texas Board of Pharmacy required to use the bid process for this contract? Did they?
