Second Question of the Day July 5, 2014 Do Compounding Sales and Marketing Representatives Actually Make More than the Pharmacist/PIC? (See prior post with salary for PIC being 100,000 to 110,000 and compare to prior post on salaries for sales reps of $200,000 to $750,000) Should they? How do compounding pharmacist feel about this? In some cases the pharmacist has more education (RPh vs. BS/BA etc.) than the sales or marketing representatives? Does this suggest there is something inherently wrong about how compounded medications are marketed and the system works?
