Sixth Question of the Day June 16, 2014 Even without the DQSA there are federal and state crimes (mislabeling, money laundering, tax evasion etc.) that bad compounding pharmacies and pharmacists can potentially be found guilty of. Is this the direction the state and federal governments should take in order to get control of the dangerous compounded preparations that are being sold?
