Second Question of the Day June 23, 2014 Shouldn't all state boards of pharmacy look at all contracts between compounding pharmacies and any other organizations just as Arkansas plans to do in light of the recent indictment in California? When if ever can any contract or arrangement between a compounding pharmacy and another entity not violate federal law? state law?
