Question of the Day May 19, 2014 Isn't it interesting that states now want the FDA to inspect compounding pharmacies every six months when compounders and organizations that represent compounding pharmacies and pharmacists have consistently argued that states, not the FDA, should be the ones doing the inspections? Are states now wanting the FDA to have more jurisdiction than the DQSA gave them?
