Fifth Question of the Day May 28, 2014 For states that are now requiring a current inspection for non-resident pharmacies how does this increase patient safety which each state has its own laws and standards by which it inspects these pharmacies? Isn't what a state requiring such a report just shifiting the blame if anything happens to the non-resident pharmacies home state who did the inspection? Would uniform inspections and uniform reports make more sense? Why or why not?
