Question of the Day March 9, 2014 With so few states now allowing office use, do those in Congress such as Representative Griffith, really have any reason to complain about the way the FDA is applying the DQSA? One has to question whether the lawmakers who passed this legislation even understand what they passed and how it works? Do they understand what Outsourcing Facilities are premitted to do? And how can organizations representing compounders whose entire position all along has been to let the states regulate compounding now complain when states are regulating and are no longer permitting office use?
