Question of the Day March 20, 2014 If a compounding pharmacy is sued for patent infringement wouldn't you think a state board of pharmacy where the compounding pharmacy resides would at least conduct an investigation, and if the board finds the compounding pharmacy is making commerically availables, shouldn't the board impose disciplinary action?
