Stinebaugh told Paulick that the positive test for Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, came from contaminated cinnamon ginseng powder that originated in China, then went through a pharmaceutical company in Canada and ultimately a compounding pharmacy in Texas as part of a product called Tourniquet designed to treat exercise-induced pulmonary hemorrhage (EIPH, or bleeding).

Stinebaugh also pointed to the transcript of his hearing before the Sunland Park board of stewards.
