As of the first week of January, NuVision Pharmacy will be under new ownership.

It doesn't matter if NuVision has new owners, or has new "straw owners". The pharmacy is a "rogue pharmacy" that has the same address, equipment, employees, customer accounts, and products as ApotheCure. ApotheCure is the pharmacy that caused the death of at least 3 people due to their super-potent intravenous colchicine that they shipped to Oregon (without having a license to operate in that state). ApotheCure voluntarily relinquished its Florida pharmacy license (but conveniently, didn't tell the Florida Department of Health that it also held a license under the name of NuVision Pharmacy (which it kept). Now NuVision Pharmacy has an Administrative Complaint in Florida for fraudulently applying for a pharmacy license. How long will it take before the Florida Board of Pharmacy revokes NuVision's license? I don't know.
