Second Question of the Day December 22, 2013 Florida requires only that the out-of-state pharmacy has complied with their pharmacy boards. It does not require out-of-state pharmacies to comply with Florida pharmacy rules. Isn't this part of the problem with states regulating compounding pharmacies? No consistency in the application of the rules and which states laws must be complied with?
