"In today's FDA Week as reported by Alaina Busch, IACP is quoted on the vital necessity of compounding for office use.
"We hope and expect that FDA is committed to fulfilling Congressional intent to authorize physicians to order and administer certain compounded medications in their office, when allowed under state law," IACP said in a statement to FDA Week. "We will continue to be actively engaged in the regulation-setting process to ensure that the final regulations reflect the intent of those who shaped the legislation."
