Ohio State Medical Board has interesting discussion regarding compound prescriptions in its August 2013 newsletter
I really hope State Boards of Medicine and Pharmacy will crack down on pharmacies that say, "After you inject your patients, just send us a list of your patients you used these compounded drugs, so our paperwork looks like we sent you patient-specific prescriptions ..."
