We tend to focus on NECC but must remember there have been other tragedies, Franck's eye drops, Apothecure and Gary Osborn and the list goes on and on....the reports to Congress have detailed these. Senator Vitter did you bother to read those reports?

Third Question of the Day November 11, 2013 If Louisiana Sen. David Vitter had a family member who died or became ill due to a bad compounded preparation would he think it appropriate to tie the Drug Quality and Security Act to Obamacare? What is his answer to all the victims of bad compounds? It is one thing to be against the DQSA and have your issues with it and choose to vote against it, but my understanding is that he has no issues with DQSA so what does the Senator say to the victims and the victims' families of not just NECC but all the incidents--horrible incidents over the last 10 years?
