Tenth Question of the Day November 23, 2013 Wasn't Congress in fact very smart in passing DQSA because it is a voluntary system, the federal government regulates those who agree to it, and traditional compounding continues to be regulated by the states just as most compounding pharmacists indicated they were in favor of. Are traditional pharmacists truly understand what Congress did?
