Sales Rep -- Compounding Pharmacy (Indianapolis)

An exciting new position for a Sales/Marketing Rep in a compounding pharmacy. Serve as a link between our business, the public, doctors, prescribers, other non-compounding pharmacies, health professionals and clinicians. Experience preferred with a willingness to learn new skills and actively participate in continuous development and the realization of pharmacy's team goals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 3 years of successful sales experience or similar related experience
- Work autonomously with a high degree of sales proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a sales territory
- Meet or exceed quarterly, annual and long-term goals.
- Develop relationships with physicians/practitioners and their staff. Educate via office calls, in-service meetings, public speaking, other professional shows
- Take compounding message to the community. Educate the public via volunteer guest speaking events, support groups, Chamber of Commerce...
- Organize educational seminars for the community and practitioners both in-store (if room is available) and out-of-store.
- Develop and implement patient and practitioner database to enhance focus, direction and follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 years minimum pharmaceutical sales experience
- Basic pharmacy knowledge helpful, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, understanding of computer technology (CRM software),
- Excellent communication skills a must.
