Just an observation but the pharmacies that I checked that I know do sterile compounds did not so indicate on the documents submitted to the pharmacy board. As have questioned on the blog before: was this an oversight or a blatant lie to avoid inspections for sterile compounds? Is this a criminal offense in Texas against pharmacy, PIC, etc. ?
