I realize I have not been updating the events in the cases that are currently pending relating to compounding issues quite as regularly as in the past or as I would like to do--this is partly due to time and partly due to cost. However, if there is a specific case that you want an update on, please feel free to send me an email or post as comment on blog and I will do my best to update that specific case. I also apologize to those who have contacted me, and I continue to miss speaking with you or have not been able to respond....I am still working on the back log.... Thanks to everyone who emails, comments, calls...sends me updates, tips, suggestions and encouragement! This is a very exciting but fast-paced time in the compounding world!

You might want to update your blog. First the pharmacy mentioned in this article has had NO DISCIPLINARY action taken against it and is still business. Second, the so called expert you quote. Dr. Kenneth Woliner has had his medical license suspended back in 2007 and is CURRENTLY before the DOH for a REVOCATION of license. This is all public information. Since you were so quick to write this perhaps you will update this information. Dr. Woliner is a known crackpot physician.
