The Senate will convene at 10:00 AM and will be in a period of Morning Business. for one hour. At 11:00 AM, the Senate will resume consideration of the Motion to Proceed to H.R. 3204 (Drug Quality and Security Act) post-cloture. The Senate will recess from 12:30 to 2:15 PM for the weekly party caucus meetings. There are no votes scheduled at this time.

The Senate convened and proceeded with a period of Morning Business.

The Senate proceeded to a Legislative Session.

The Senate recessed from 12:36-2:15 PM for weekly party caucus luncheons.

The Senate convened at 2:15 PM and resumed a Legislative Session.

S. Res. 293 (Designating the week beginning November 18, 2013 as “National Tribal colleges and Universities Week”). Agreed to by unanimous consent.

S. Res. 294 (Support for the goals of “National Adoption Day” and “National Adoption Month”). Agreed to by unanimous consent.

S. Con. Res. 25 (Authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall for the use of awarding a Congressional Gold Medal). Agreed to by unanimous consent.

The Senate will convene at 9:30 AM on Thursday, November 14, 2013. There will be a period of Morning Business for two hours. The Senate will then resume consideration of the Motion to Proceed to H.
