Fifth Question of the Day November 17, 2013 Logic dictates that really bad compounders who are manufacturing are not going to register with the FDA. States are still going to need to police and regulate and improve communications. If states fail to do their job after the DQSA what should be the consequence? The remedy? What consquence or remedy if the FDA fails? Doesn't the industry/the profession have to be willling to rein in bad compounders rather than protecting and supporting them? Isn't that an essential part of this process?
