Eighth Question of the Day November 23, 2013 Are State Boards of Pharmacy pleased that organizations such as IACP got their way and traditional compounding remains under their watch? Are they worried about the fallout the first time a traditional compounder or someone who does not voluntarily agree to the FDA's jurisdiction creates another NECC train wreck? Since the state boards and these organizations will not have the FDA to blame once DQSA is signed into law what kind of additional liability will they face if there is another NECC train wreck?
