About the Job

Sales Rep – Compounding Pharmacy – Part/Full Time

Hiring experienced Sales/Marketing Reps for a compounding pharmacy preferably with existing working relationships with physicians.Hiring reps to cover territories in CO, TN, SC, OK, WY, NJ, MA & PN.  We specialize in customized compounded prescriptions and emphasize doctor and patient satisfaction. Pharmaceutical/Medical SalesReps interested in piggy-backing our niche products are welcome to apply.  Representative will serve as a liaison between our business, doctors, prescribers, health professionals and clinicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work autonomously with a high degree of sales proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a sales territory
- Identify target markets, and develop a plan for maximizing sales in those areas.
- Meet or exceed company quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Familiarize yourself with our products and demonstrate the ability to inform health professionals about their advantages and differentiate from possible competitors.
- Develop relationships with physicians/practitioners and their staff. Educate via office calls, meetings, health fairsetc.
Track progress using sales software and report on progress weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
- Existing relationships with physicians is a plus.  Especially orthopedics, pain management, & podiatrists
- 3 years minimum pharmaceutical/pharmacy/medical sales experience
- Strong organizational skills and proven success in working autonomously in asales position 
- Excellent communication skills
-Bachelor’s Degree in a business or medical related fieldpreferred
