Third Question of the Day October 9, 2013 Should federal civil and or criminal forfeiture complaints be brought against all compounding pharmacies and pharmacists who violate applicable federal and state laws where a forfeiture statute is applicable to the charges? This would be an excellent way to remove the proceeds of the guilty while either having them go to the government for funding to investigate and prosecute these crimes or as restitution in lieu of forfeiture if there are victims such as in the NECC case.
