Rules adopted at the August Board meeting were published as adopted in the August 30, 2013, issue of theTexas Register and became effective September 8, 2013. Rules proposed at the November Board meeting are posted in the August 23, 2013, and September 27, 2013, issues of the Texas Register and are available for public comment until October 30, 2013. The proposed rules will be considered for adoption at the next TSBP board meeting onNovember 4-6, 2013. An open session to hear public testimony concerning rules will commence at 1:00 p.m., onNovember 4, 2013, with the Board Business Meeting following. Please note underlined language is new language and language that is being deleted is lined out. All other language is currently in the rules and is not being changed.
