Press Release From FBI National Respiratory Services LLC Ordered to Pay Restitution in the Amount of $2 Million for FDA Violations and for Committing Health Care Fraud  Company Received More Than $2 Million in Payments from Medicare for Misbranded, Adulterated,  and Contaminated Inhalation Medications

It involves not on the health care fraud issue but also a federal sentence for false and mislabeled compounded medications based on the potency of the compound being wrong.  This same charge could possibly apply in cases where the product was represented to be sterile but wasn't, thus presenting another example of false, misbranded, adulterated and contaminated medications in violation of federal criminal laws.
